We offer 3 wonderful culinary tour options….which one is best for you? Take a moment and read each tour’s activity and see which one tantalizes your palate. You might just find all 3 do and in that case, get your calendars out and start planning away for the fall season. The easy walking routes we have picked out will truly inspire you to see why our city is called “THE CITY OF TREES” – definitely a photo opportunity with the beautiful fall foliage and vibrant colors within the plated food you will be tasting which will consist of farm fresh ingredients from our local farmers. Want to ask our local chefs what is their favorite fall “go to” produce and what is their favorite dish? Being able to meet with the chefs, owners and artisans just puts the whipped topping on a cupcake (which we might just be able to taste at one of our local bakeries!)
You might be thinking this would be a great activity for you and your girlfriends or book club or even your family gathering. We do offer private tours 6 days a week and with a little planning, we know we can make your day extra special and fulfilling to say the least. What about a food tour challenge tour for your office team or a food scavenger hunt for your foodie cooking group? We say that food and dining are experiential because we touch all five senses. But the great food is just the start. Our walking food tours use great food as an opportunity to connect with other people on the tour, the diverse restaurant chefs and shop owners, the city we visit, and even the local farmers who provide the ingredients. And before you can say ‘quatro formaggia’, guess what? You’re helping to strengthen our community. Create a moment, a destination and a memory within your hectic life, where for three in a half hours you will be transported on a journey of food, fun and discovery, feeling refreshed and energized. Well-fed, too!

It’s mandarin season in the Sierra Foothills and the Mountain Mandarin Growers are ready for business! Our bus route will point out over 30 mandarin grower farms along our route, stopping at 2 of the growers on each tour.
