GOLD COUNTRY WINE & CHEESE FESTIVAL – Saturday, May 5th,  11am – 4pm

DIEZ de MAYO at THE KITCHEN/NEWSOME HARLOW –  Thursday, May 10th – Evening

 

The Kitchen is all about celebrating various cultures by exploring the palate in a sit down coursed meal venue.  On May 10th Chef Melanie wants to celebrate Mexican heritage by paying homage to Mamacita’s, she and Scott’s favorite Bay Area restaurant.  Multi-course sit down themed dinner with wine pairings.  Menu to be determined. WINE OF THE WORLDS:CALIFORNIA PINOT NOIR @ Historic Murphys Hotel -Thurs., May 10th 5:30pm

Join us May 10 at the Historic Murphys Hotel at 5:30pm for an evening of Californian Pinot Noir. Steve Collum hosts this educational event, and since some sparkling wines are made from Pinot Noir grapes we may have a few sparkling wines to taste!  Attendance is open to the public with no reservations required. Cost for the seminar is $15 for CWA members and $25 for non-members. Guests are invited to dine at Murphys Historic Hotel after the presentation and enjoy a discount on their entree.

V Restaurant & Bar introduces Wine & Food pairing on Wednesdays of each week!  Small plates paired with wines from local wineries.  Intimate, fun and educational.  Meet V Restaurant’s newest Executive Chef Dan Murray and spend time learning about the featured winery of the week!  Prices vary.
