FARMERS MARKET TOURS BEGIN IN MAY!

Murphys Food & Wine Walking Tour

Come enjoy the finest wine and food in gorgeous Murphys, CA! Aptly named “Queen of the Sierras”, and one of Sunset magazine’s Top Ten Coolest Small Towns, Murphys is a superb destination for fine dining and wine tasting, and this tour shows you the best of both worlds. Our 3-hour tour includes up to 9 stops at the best restaurants shops and wine tasting rooms. Tours offered Friday and Saturdays; 11:30am.

Market-to-Plate Executive Chefs Tour

This tour is a culinary and educational adventure. Participants are guided through an open-air local farmer’s market, where you will learn about what’s in season and how to choose and prepare foods from their seasonal harvest.

Our tour continues with a 4 course exclusive lunch prepared by two of Sacramento’s executive chefs including a local wine pairing. Definitely an up close dining VIP experience!  Tours are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays; 10:30am

Origins of Sacramento Food & Cultural Tour

Our Origins of Sacramento Food Tour finds us meandering through two very historical but popular neighborhoods; Midtown’s Sutter’s District and East Sacramento’s Fabulous Forties.

Meet the talented and passionate chefs while sampling their creations. Come taste Sacramento’s amazing authentic foods hailing from far flung lands such as Spain, Czechoslovakia, Greece, and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. 5 to 6 restaurant stops on tour. Tours offered Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; 10:15am

City of Trees Walking Food & Cultural Tour

Our three-hour City of Trees Food & Cultural Walking Tour will give you an insider’s look at the can’t-miss eateries and restaurants that only the locals are lucky enough to know about — until now.

You’ll taste farm fresh ingredients that inspire local chefs, and explore beautiful mansions and their architectural history. 5 to 6 restaurant stops on tour. This tour is a gastronomic adventure off the beaten path. Tours offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays; 1:45pm

Gold Discovery Food & Wine Tour of Nevada City

This tour explores hidden gem restaurants and eateries in one of California’s oldest and most preserved Gold Rush mining towns, Nevada City. About a 1-hour drive from Sacramento, Nevada City is famed for its church steeples that rise above the Sierra foothills and its entertainment/arts district. This tour is BY REQUEST ONLY – PRIVATE TOUR GROUPS

We’ll try award-winning wines and dish after dish of foods made from fresh, local produce — tastes the likes of which miners could only dream of. Tours are offered to private tour groups with advanced booking required.  Group size must be 6 or more up to 14 participants.
